Life Ki-do Austin Martial Arts Dojo

My 4 year old started Life Ki-do classes a few weeks ago, and loves them. He talks about them all week and uses his learnings for the classes at home. For me as a parent, I am happy that the classes are something that challenges him physically while he is genuinely having fun while doing it. It also is great to have him learning life lessons and how to be good person throughout each class. Would 100% recommend!

We have been attending Life Ki-do with our son for the past year and could not imagine our lives without it. We read other reviews saying it was "life changing" and we get it now. Sensei Doug is the best and his class primarily teaches lessons like patience, restraint, kindness, teamwork, and mindfulness alongside the actual physical movement. We would highly recommend it.

Sensei Doug is incredible. 4 year old goes here twice a week, we love it so much and so does our child.
