Ultra-Guard Fabric Protection | West Palm Beach Service Center

The Ultra-Guard Concept was born out of my experience as the owner of a home furnishing showroom where I contracted a fabric protection service to protect my customers' fabrics.

I wanted to go beyond fabric protection and offer a concierge service for the design industry and their clients.

The concept was to not only protect the fabrics, but stand behind the protection with a service warranty and maintenance cleaning, using skilled upholstery cleaners.

To create the model, I started working with designers and showrooms located in Orange County, California.

After testing all the fabric protection products available, I chose one that I could stand behind, with a 5-year warranty. I then began to apply the product myself, to train future technicians.

My research for the best formula was on-going. Everytime a new product came out, I tested it for repellency of both water and oil based stains and for durability. If it out performed the one I was using, I went with the new one.

Now I, working with our chemist, am able to formulate the product exactly the way I want it and we have now have a nanotech formula I named STAIN FREE, that out performs any product on the market today and we actually guarantee it to last the life of the fabric.

STAIN FREE is so good, we receive only 3 warranty calls per week on average in the United States.

I started the business 30 years ago and we have grown exponentially to almost 200 service centers across the country, serving hundreds of interior designers, showrooms, and workrooms with our Premier Concierge Service for the care of Fine Fabrics. We have become the Design Professional's Choice in Fabric Protection.
