I wasn’t planning on posting this, but after everything that’s happened, I think people deserve to know. I paid $50 to bring my dog swimming. As soon as I arrived, I saw the condition of the facility and was not comfortable letting my dog swim there. I left immediately without using any services and politely asked for a refund. I was told it was considered a cancellation and that I would not be getting my money back. Even after speaking with the manager, they refused. What happened afterward was even more disappointing.

Huxley loves Wagging Tails. It's his home away from home. As soon as we are close, he gets very excited. All of the workers at Wagging Tails are so sweet to him. He is safe and well taken care of. It's the place to get the zoomies out, hang out with his pals, and get belly rubs. He has made tons of friends, big and small! From pool time to photo shoots, he always has something fun to do! Huxley has been going to Wagging Tails since he was a few months old and he is as happy to go now as he was his first day.
