Vertical Taekwondo

Awesome place for kids 🤩 My boy's love coming every week to his class . The instructors are patient, encouraging, and do a fantastic job of building confidence, discipline, and respect while making every class fun and engaging. We've seen a huge improvement in our boy's focus, self-confidence, and physical fitness. Mr Catana makes the environment welcoming and supportive, and every student is encouraged to do their best and have fun. I highly recommend this program to any parent looking for an amazing activity for their child! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter has been attending classes for about six months now and loves it. She's always excited to go and to demonstrate her forms afterwards. We also see a real improvement in her self-control, especially with other groups/classes Edit in 2026 (3 years later): she did get her black belt; still strongly recommend

Vertical Taekwondo is an amazing studio to take your children to if you're looking for martial arts instructions. Mr. Catana treats the kids with respect and humor - creating a perfect balance of learning martial arts while also adding fun. He takes his role very seriously, ensuring his students not only learn the forms but also implement the core values of the studio both within the dojo and in their daily lives. So far, he's given homework on integrity and courtesy, which encourages the children to practice those core values in their every day situations.
