Google Reviews
I would like to sincerely recognize Council Member Tyrell Hankerson and his constituent liaison, Mr. Logan, for their professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding assistance during a very stressful housing and Public Assistance matter. From the very beginning, Mr. Logan treated my concerns with dignity, patience, and genuine care. He responded promptly, carefully reviewed the details of my case, explained the process clearly, and ensured that my concerns regarding HRA/DHS delays were formally addressed through the Council Member’s office.
Great experience.
Always positive, that's my motivation.
