Went for evaluation and found the place extremely dirty and a bit run down. The waiting area flooring was very worn and coming apart and caked in dirt. The walls, activity center, and doors we're very dirty as well. We needed a diaper change while there and found no changing table and very dirty bathroom with an overflowing trash can and damaged vanity cabinet that was coming apart. Doesn't look like the toilet had been cleaned in a good while either. I thought the no changing table was very odd for a place for kids and the floors were just as dirty in the common areas.
Our decision to send our son to ABA wasn’t a light one. We toured several places. Some were corporate owned and some were small businesses. From day one of speaking with everyone at Integrity there was just something that set them apart from the others. After meeting in person there was no doubt in our mind this is where we should be. Upon starting Integrity the transition was beyond what we could have hoped for!
Integrity was a huge part of my families life for the three years our son was there. I can't put into words how much they helped not only him grow into the little boy he is today...but also our family! The support and services that our family received was amazing. He grew so much with his overall development! His BCBA, Erica, was amazing and made sure he had goals were attainable and that he was growing and meeting those goals. The communication with her was wonderful and I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening each day. We also loved his SLP - Kaelynn!
