The owner charged me a monthly fee for a place we haven’t used in months and was not charged in months. They refuse to refund stating it is in their policy I need to cancel it with a form. The form then needs to be approved and then you can cancel. I have never heard of this before. Taking money in an economy like this one is just wrong.
