DO NOT HIRE. I called this company because I could hear scratching in my bedroom ceiling. The technician put a plywood box in the soffit, set traps, came by three times to check them, and told me it was solved. When I called to let them know I was still hearing rats, they ignored me repeatedly. I called the office EIGHT times over about a month before anyone agreed to send someone out. When he finally came back he suddenly “found” a bunch of new entry points, then wanted another $600-$700 to put down UV powder and figure out where the rodents were getting in.

So far a possum and raccoon who have been torturing my property, have been trapped by All-Star. Connor and Peter, very courteous, efficient, and caring about a situation in which we exist with wild animals around us that somehow survive the city, have performed as promised. I’m sure these Animals will be much happier In forests further outside the city limits

110% happy with their service. They have trapped a skunk for us, done exclusion work to keep critters out and they always go above and beyond. Many thanks to Connor for all of your help. Highly recommend. Don’t call the big chain, call All Star.
